Returns and complaints

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will do our best to help you.

Please be sure to read the entire description of the item before you buy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or any items do not arrive please contact us.


The condition for a refund is that the jewellery was not worn and not damaged.

Please send the jewellery in the original packaging with receipt and the invoice.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund will be provide after receiving the item. Shipping costs are on buyer's responsibility.

If an item is broken we will require a photo proof before sending refund.

In case of unclaimed package the buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning and resending.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

*Custom or personalized orders.


Customs and import taxes:

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
